Very happy with my purchases and experience working with Kyle, Chris, Hai and the rest of the staffs. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable which puts you at ease knowing you’re in good hands. The alteration work and turnaround time is outstanding. Great crew of people to deal with, great value for the kind of quality fabric and cut, great selection of styles. They really want you to be happy and I am. Will be back soon for another suit!

Lauren helped me customize a beautiful suit and she is such a wonderful human inside and out. Her professionalism and love for her job absolutely exudes off of her in the way she interacts with clients and composes herself in the store. Highly recommend you ask for her when getting a suit whether for men’s or women’s!

I’ve had an outstanding experience at Suitsupply working with Austin to purchase multiple suits, for both myself and several team members. Austin is a true professional and provided expert, attentive service from the moment we walked in. He took the time to understand what each person on my team needed, made thoughtful recommendations on fit, fabric, and style, and guided us through the process without ever being pushy. Even though the exact pattern and color I had originally wanted from the website wasn’t available in my size, he quickly found a perfect alternative that stayed within budget. He was equally impressive through the tailoring process, personally tracking every piece, explaining adjustments, and making sure nothing was overlooked. Austin understands high-touch communication with excellent follow-up, and that “Ready for Pickup” text always came sooner than promised. By the end, every suit fit beautifully and everyone on my team was genuinely happy with the results. Highly recommend asking for Austin, he truly took care of us, and when it’s time for my next suit I look forward to the pleasure of working with him again.

Our experience at suit supply with Elliot was amazing. He was so attentive to detail in making sure my fiancé's suit was perfect. He got more attentive service than I had at some of my bridal dress fittings. It is clear they care about the work and their customers. I would absolutely return!

Kyle did a great job getting me fitted for my wedding suit! Was great working with him, and he had great suggestions while still working towards the vision me and fiancé had for the suit that we wanted. We ended up getting a custom suit to get the cut we were looking for. But he made the process so easy. Would absolutely go back to buy more suits in the future. And would love to have Kyle as my stylist again.

As a longtime customer of Suitsupply, I was thrilled to learn they opened another location in the Seattle area. I scheduled an extended double appointment with Austin and Lauren to have two of my groomsmen fitted for their tuxedo/black-tie package as well as a full custom made-to-measure three-piece suit for the maid of honor. I cannot express just how great of customer service and quality of tailoring was provided. Upon walking in, the new boutique is fresh, sharp and beautifully curated. My group was large, myself and the 3 getting fitted as well as all our s/o's for a total of 8 people, were immediately greeted and checked in by another SA at the counter. He brought out an array of refreshments for the rest of us to enjoy and relax during the fittings, which was a really nice touch. Austin and Lauren immediately introduced themselves and were professionals from the start, explaining fabrics and stylistic design options to tailor the perfect suits. They were both patient and exacting in their fittings, paying close attention to details and personal preferences of fit and style. SuSu in recent years has revised their pattern and designs to embrace fuller, more timeless silhouettes such as wider lapels and classic drape, while still carrying an extensive array of fabrics from renowned Italian and English mills. Can't thank Austin and Lauren enough for their amazing customer service and time getting our wedding party dialed for the big day. Tailoring is something I learned over time fit is king, fabric quality second. Suitsupply offers that rare balance of value, quality, contemporary styling, huge variety of options and seasonal fabrics both off the rack and through their MTM program, as well as the comfort of having one-on-one fittings with knowledgeable and stylish associates in-store where you can actually feel the fabrics and try on the clothing. This is an offering in the world of classic menswear that you'd be hard pressed to find anywhere else.
